A word from the Pastor
In todays world it seems that our lives are getting busier, but not better,
Our security is fargile; our marriages frazzied; our emotions frayed, and
the future apperas fuzzy at best. and faith, well it seems that most people
gave up on that a long time ago.
Answers ??
They arent on talk radio or in self help books. But the answer is in the Word
of God, "Bible". God's word clearly explains how we can have our sins
forgiven, How we can be reconciled to God, and know for sure that we will live
with Him in Heaven, through the Bible, we understand how to accept God's
Son, Jesus Christ as our Lord and Saviour. Receiving Jesus Christ as Saviour
is the first step in getting to know God and foundational to understanding His
divine answers for our lives.The Bible way of receiving God's gift of eternal life.
1. Realize there is none good
Romans 3:10," as it is written there is none righteous, no, not one"
2. See yourself as a sinner
Romans 3:23 " for all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God"
3. Notice God's price on sin
Romans 6:23 " for the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is
eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord."
4. Realize that Jesus Christ died for you
Romans 5:8 " But God commendeth His love toward us, in that, while
we were yet sinners, Christ died for us."
5. Take God at His word
Romans 10:13 " for whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord
shall be saved."
6. Claim His promise for your salvation
Romans 10:9 " that if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raise Him from the
dead, thou shalt be saved
Now pray with me
confess to God that you have sinned:
ask God to forgive you, and to come
into your heart and life, and accept Jesus Christ
as your personal Lord and Saviour
